Information on Visa, Immigration, and COVID-19
Visa information
If you need an invitation for visa application, we will prepare such for you. Please, send us an email (nda23@listserv.dfn.de) with all required information:
- full name
- designation
- birthday
- place of birth
- passport number
- place of issue of passport
- date of issue of passport
- date of expiry of passport
- nationality
- institute address
- home address
- duration of stay if different from conference (arrival and departure day)
Waiting times for German visa are currently very long (up to 4 months). Therefore, apply for visa immediately! Please consider that we also need some time for preparing invitation letters. Please send us your request for an invitation letter until November 21, 2022, to accelerate this first step (preparing the invitation letter). Thanks for your understanding!
COVID-19 rules
